I would like to know if bioidentical hormones are good or bad. I’ve been on them for 4months and have a new dr. apt. in a few days…do I elimate the cream and ask this dr. to read my tests to adjust my all natural vitamins I had been given to take with the cream? Help, I’m confused on what to do. Thank you for your time.

We do not promote Bio-identical hormones. Our goal with our patients is to create an optimal environment so the adrenal glands which are your back up hormone glands can do their job making the items you need. Stress is a major challenge depleting the body of vital nutrients. Sugar is also an issue. We assess saliva and serum to create a strategy. I would suggest first to get the book, “Dr. Bob’s Drugless Guide to Balancing Female Hormones”, read it, and follow the steps. I would not go off any product until you have created the strategy that will support what your body needs. Dr. Bob
I would suggest you focus on making sure you eat whole foods especially broccoli. I would eat beets like I mentioned. You could have your saliva estrogen tested. The fact is I would assume you have the high estrogen yet, and need to make sure your liver is fed the right foods and avoid toxic processed items. I do address those issues in my book. You could watch my Detox videos on line also. Dr. Bob
I have just had my second surgery for ductal carcinoma, stage 2. Estrogen and Progesterine positive. I am trying to eat whole with quinoa etc. I usually green juice with kale, celery, carrot, apple, lemon, ginger in the am. I have been doing this for months even before being diagnosed. I seem to be at the same weight. I need to loose some weight. I see I will need to eat broccoli daily and I will start adding beets. (which I like). I eat organic. I have not had any meat since finding out. I have to do some radiation which I am fearful of. I take D-3 and other supplements. need advice
Today’s program is very insightful! This information addresses a concerning issue and offers practical advice and uncomplicated action steps to implement. All women can receive hope for health and well being – not only for herself but her whole family – without the destructive (not to mention counter-productive) effects of medications. Thanks Drenda for your efforts to educate viewers on this vital topic!!
I would suggest you go online and look for water assessment in your local community.
Bowel function depends on fiber and water. I have noticed women with sub par thyroid function may also have few and far between bowels movements. Avoid grains, eat veggies steamed, raw and satueed. Drink plenty of water. When you first wake in the morning sip on hot water and lemon, drink the water and munch on the lemon pulp, some people do not take enough time to relax in the morning to go. If you have cold hands and feet it is a body signal of low thyroid. Read my book and you will get the answers you are looking for.
I love love loved today’s show! It’s amazing by going back to what God intended from the beginning is still the best thing for us! May God bless the Drenda show for bringing this to the public’s attention!
Thank you Drenda for your recent show and topic focusing on “hormones”! Your special guest Dr. Bob De Maria brought a wealth of vital information to each viewer, no matter their age or gender. I can’t wait to get my hands on his book and follow the healthful tips and guidelines! My liver will be so happy!!!
I am so glad I woke up early this morning and found your show! I started switching my families diet to organic, as much as I could, over a year ago. (I live in a rural area. I mean growing a garden, organic.) I had started looking into this issue with soy about 8 months ago.
I have 2 questions right now.
1. Is any soy okay? I was told fermented soy is okay. I’m not sure is that is the same as Soy Lecithin. I haven’t done that much research yet.
2. If you know about the Isagenix product, do you think it’s good, bad, or better than the products in the store? (A lot of it has Soy Lecithin in it.)
I will be getting your book to add to my knowledge but these two questions are important for immediate changes I need to make.
We do not promote soy for several reasons, first most soy today is genetically engineered which alters the physiology of how it is recognized (I know the companies that make the seeds would argue with that). Soy depletes the body of zinc, it is usually heated to high temps which does not promote cell function. I am not familiar with the product you are asking about. I always suggest you look at the ingredients and look them up to see what they do. Not all products are as pure as they say. DrB

PS… I just recently stopped using an estrogen patch. It helped tremendously!! I REALLY need estrogen!

I would suggest you may consider a saliva female hormone panel to assess your levels. Dr Bob
